Last September, thousands experienced the magic of Montgomery County when downtown Silver Spring magically transformed into a lively center for arts, humanities, Montgomery County history, and world cultures. Attendees enjoyed mini-parades, three stages of live entertainment, an artist market with original artworks for sale, and rows of community booths.
