Executive's Ball for the Benefit of the Arts & Humanities

On December 6, over 600 of Montgomery County’s civic, business and cultural leaders gathered at the Hilton Rockville Atrium for Appetite for the Arts and Humanities, the 24th annual Montgomery County Executive’s Ball for the Benefit of the Arts and Humanities.

Guests enjoyed dancing, an appetizing spread of food and a wide array of strolling en tertainment, including historical figure portrayals, performance artists and dancers. Thanks to our sponsors and many supporters, over $40,000 was raised to benefit arts and humanities organizations in Montgomery County!

Founded in 1985 by Mrs. Betty Mae Kramer, wife of former County Executive Sidney Kramer, the Executive’s Ball is the only event that gives Montgomery County residents the opportunity to aid a variety of non-profit arts and humanities organizations with just one easy gift. Net proceeds from the Executive’s Ball support grants for these organizations in Montgomery County, enabling the presentation of high quality theater, music, dance, visual arts, arts education and humanities programs. Over the past 22 years, the Executive’s Ball has raised over 1 million dollars for these programs.

We would like to thank this year's lead sponsors for their generous support!
